Orders & Return Policy

Products that can be returned:-

  • All products are returnable excluding liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders if the product is in the same condition as when purchased. This includes the product packaging and original price tags.
  • The product’s packing material must be in the same condition as when received. Products must not be used.
  • The product must be returned along with all accessories.
  • The serial number must be on the product, a product without serial number and Invoice No. will not acceptable.
  • The product needed to be returned should be claimed within 48 hours. The customer will be guided for return or exchange.
  • The product once received by Egas Booking appliances will be inspected for any other damages. If the claim stated is genuine the product will be replaced or the money will be reimbursed. Products claimed beyond 48 hours will only be exchanged and not returned.

  • To return a product, you can contact us via email (info@egasbooking.com)or phone (+91-991-660-4821). From there, we will instruct you step-by-step about the process for the same.
  • After obtaining a RETURN AUTHORIZATION, the product can be returned to our head office.

Return Policy for Shipping Orders

  • The customer is responsible for shipping charges for the return of products. Shipping charges will be borne by Egas Booking Appliances only if the product received has a manufacturing defect or was in damaged condition.
  • The customer is responsible for damaged due to returning transit; it is advised that the return packets should be strongly packaged.
  • If any product which is delivered is not same as per order or in a damaged condition then the same will be replaced by us without any charge. (In the condition of damaged product it is your responsibility to contact us immediately.


      Your payment will be refunded within 7–8 business days, once the item is inspected.
